Affirmation Meditation: I AM SAFE

Imagine sitting in a job interview feeling nothing but joy to meet the other person and curiosity find out whether you have compatibility with each other and the work being offered.

Imagine walking down a dark street at night and having your mind be filled only with the beauty of the city lights and the peaceful stillness of nighttime as you breath in the cool air.

Imagine swimming in the ocean waves and just enjoying the silky feel of the water on your skin and how much fun it is to play in the waves, feeling held, supported, and completely safe.

It’s possible.

And know that feeling safe doesn’t mean you surrender discernment, logic, or intuitive guidance. It simply means you surrender anxiety and worry. Allowing yourself to be fully present as you trust in your wellbeing, no matter where you are.
