Mirror Work Meditation for Cultivating Self-Love

There’s no doubt in my mind that self-Love is a gateway to truly THRIVING and being Happy on a VERY consistent Basis. When you love yourself; nourishing your body with loving foods, exercise, good relationships and fun activities comes second nature.

What exactly is Mirror Work?

The act of standing or sitting in front of a mirror, looking into your own eyes and repeating affirmations of loving-kindness towards yourself.

Why Mirror Work?

Mirror work is one of those practices that gives you HUGE bang for your buck. It sounds so simple and innocuous, even trivial! But with a little practice you’ll be shocked at how quickly you can release old limiting beliefs and truly start to embrace yourself fully. It really works!!
