Tapping Meditation to Release Fear and Anxiety

Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and emotional acupuncture is a powerful method for releasing fear and anxiety and creating new pathways of love, acceptance and peace within the body and mind.

Much of our stress and fear is stored in our limbic system - which is a part of the brain developed pre-verbally and doesn’t always respond to words alone. 

By tapping various meridians and acupuncture points on the body - we send an electromagnetic pulse that helps to break the emotional circuit and calm the limbic system, letting the body and mind know  - everything is O.K., By doing so, we can release old traumas and reactivity and replace them with more empowering and truthful beliefs!
