Buddhist Counting Meditation
Hello Love, and welcome to this weeks guided meditation!
Today we’ll be doing a more traditional buddhist meditation method, counting the breaths in and out. Counting on each breath up to ten, and then counting backwards to one and repeating the process. The counting serves as a focus point, allowing the mind to gently release thought, creating space. This is a great method because you can take it with you wherever you go and use it whenever you need to calm your body and mind.
