Yin & Yang: Guided Meditation for Balancing your Energy

This meditation is a yogic breathing method called Nadi Shodhana, also know as alternate nostril breathing! It’s a powerful practice to use in order to increase your ability to take in oxygen and balance the yin and yang energies in your body 🙏🏻

Yin energy is relaxing, receptive, open and calm.

Yang energy is excited, movement orientated and energetic.

Too much Yin and we become lethargic and depressed.

Too much Yang and we become anxious and stressed.

We are at our most whole when both of these energies are balanced. A kind of inner stillness charged with vibrant aliveness! 💫
