A Simple Evening Routine to Wind Down and Sleep More Deeply

Hello beautiful and welcome to my evening routine & bedroom tour!

Each night before bed I have a few practices I like to do to let go of the day and wind down. I've found that doing things to slow down and relax my mind (like yoga, reading, and meditation) before I sleep not only helps me to sleep more deeply and have better dreams but I also wake up happier!
