2, RECHARGE AND RESTORE
Just like our phones, we need to charge our battery and fill ourselves up. And meditation is the ultimate battery re-charger! Meditation is an incredibly restorative time for the body and mind, but since it’s done consciously (as opposed to sleeping) we can also use this time of tuning in, relaxing, and re-charging to receive guidance and answers to our questions.

3. Raise Your Vibration
As we release our “conscious thought” through meditation our vibration naturally rises and acclimates to our Inner Self’s loving and peaceful perspective! After all, it’s only our thoughts and beliefs that can create separation, stress, and dis-ease within the body. And since our Inner Being is our true nature and Self. 4. Become a Conscious Creator of Your Life
Another huge added benefit of meditation is that is creates AWARENESS and S P A C E in your mind! As you continue to meditate, and relax conscious thought, you have more space to observe your thoughts, patterns, and beliefs. Both when you’re meditating and as you’re moving through your day. Now, you can consciously see and feel what is serving you, and what is not. You can notice how thoughts feel in the moment, and choose the ones that feel better. In this way, you become the conscious creator of your reality. An awake being, living an authentic life true to your own heart and desires rather than those of the world and old patterned beliefs. ✨

Every time we witness our thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations, we are practicing meditation. Every time we become aware that we are alive in the present moment, we are practicing meditation.
Meditation is simply a coming home to who you truly are. And who are you but a beautiful and powerful being of wonder and light!
